I never meant to stay away from you folks so long! WOW! So MUCH has been going on with Imagine Cheesecake over the past month – it’s almost hard to keep up!
My Cheesecakes have been tasted by many, many people at this point. They’ve been VERY well received, for which I am extremely thankful!
New Cheesecakes have been added to the roster, as well as new shapes (heart and square shapes) and sizes (the 6 inch Cheesecakes are drawing a lot of attention and are beginning to sell quite nicely. We now have 1 1/4 inch “Delicate Minis” that are just awesome! They will debut this Saturday at a fund raiser at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Cary, NC. I think they’re going to be well received. They’re perfect for dinner parties, baby or bridal showers, or functions like these. Imagine Cheesecake of the month will debut in January, and I’m looking forward to this addition to our offerings also!
Thanksgiving orders are also going very well.
We’ve made the decision to start selling to out-of-state clients as of December 1st! WOOHOO! I’m very excited about it and so are a few others! There’s a fantastic ultimate goal in mind, but I’ll talk about THAT one a little later…
