Imagine Cheesecake is flying down the Cheesecake freeway!
We had a our debut Cheesecake Tasting last Saturday evening at the It’s a Grind Coffee House in (west) Cary, NC! Joy and excitement! I baked seven – yes SEVEN – Cheesecakes for the event. I was in Cheesecake production for two days, but it was well worth it! We showcased our Imagine… Lemon Vanilla, Spicy Pumpkin, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup, White Chocolate Raspberry, Irish Cream, Creme de Menthe and Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecakes! Each was so different from the other, but were also fabulously delicious. We got rave reviews from those that tasted the Cheesecakes. It was fun meeting each individual and telling them about each Cheesecake they would taste.
The music by Peter Jordan was fantastic! James G, owner of It’s a Grind, was the perfect host and was very attentive and accommodating.
We came in, as scheduled, to a crowd of people waiting to taste our Cheesecakes – what an awesome welcome! It was pretty brisk for over an hour. Everyone was very patient as they waited in line to taste.
We had a great surprise for one special guest that evening – an Imagine Cheesecake!
Our night would not have been successful without my husband and our two daughters. We worked as a well oiled machine, or, as we say in our home, like a fantastic TEAM!
